Ideal place for couples seeking quiet
Friendly staff who greeted us warmly and escorted us to our table for dinner, that was nice gesture,, and the food was excellent, especially the garlic mushrooms and perfectly cooked gammon. Plus, the breakfast was plentiful and well presented, really set the tone for the day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but was still acceptable for the experience.

Nice pub dining area, but house keeping could use improvement.

missingWrote a review on 09 Septclean roomscentral locationnoisy plumbing
Nice clean rooms with en suite facilities. The location near the high street offers easy access to local attractions, making it a decent base for exploring the area.
Staying in a room facing the high street means dealing with noise from foot traffic and streetlights. The building's age shows in sloped floors and steep stairs. not ideal for travelers with mobility challenges. The bathroom felt cramped, and plumbing sounds were quite loud when using the toilet thanks to a macerator system. A bit of creaking from the metal bed frames added to the overall noise. It sufficed for my one-night stay, but I wouldn't count on returning if I can help it.

The hotel was perfect for our family with little kids! We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with loads of options, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The waterskiing facility nearby was a hit with our son, making our stay memorable.
For dads, it would be great if the shower had more pressure.

Lovely stay with awesome food
We had a fab 1 night at a cozy twin room. The owner was super helpful, especially with our bikes! Breakfast was seriously good, those garlicky tomatoes were a highlight! Room was clean and smelled nice, but the shower could be a bit stronger. Loving the laid-back pub vibe too, perfect for a drink with friends.

missingWrote a review on 29 Febstreet noiseuneven bed
The noise from the street was unbearable during the night. It made it difficult to get a good rest, as I could hear buses and cars all night long. the bed felt uneven and kept sliding to one side, which was quite uncomfortable. When I mentioned these issues to the staff, they seemed uninterested.
